Modoc

Modoc is a story about a journey through India and positive animal training, so a spiritual element really isn’t surprising. Brams father inspires this early on in his life, telling Bram that he and Modoc are connected on more than just a worldly level. We see this concept grow as the pair travels through India, coming into contact with Hinduism and many of its practices and followers.

I believe the author's life principals were conveyed in this story and provides a positive example of why his practices should be supported. This theme supports the author's purpose for the book.
